Hi everybody,
One of the figures I have finished some time ago, but did'nt got the time to show here is this little 75mm figure from Alexandros Models. Painted in oilpaint and printersinks, I hope you like it.
Eddy
Very nice Eddie! I love how you did the sheer effect on her skirt. How did the kit go together? The reason I'm asking is I have a different Alexandros kit and part of the assembly is terrible. I was thinking of giving them one more chance with this one, but am unsure if I'm going to run into the same problem. Did you have any problems with the assembly?
The whole figure is well painted. I especially like how you have painted the wings of the helmet. Also, the iridescent effect of the dress and of course, the face, is very beautiful. The ground is also perfect. Would be nice to see a pic of the back in order to view the cape and hair.
Hi Gary, Mike, Carl and Eduardo,
Many thanks for the kind comments, guys!
Very much appreciated!
Gary: Wished I could say that I had no problems building the kit, but had to struggle a while and used some putty where the cape must fit under the hair, so... But once that's build toghether it realy is a very lovely figure to paint.
Eduardo: I painted the cape simply in red, so here comes the backside...
Thanks again for the taking the time to look and comment,
Very nice job, I have this one on the work bench as well and have to agree with the cape fit, quite a bit of work to get this one to fit. You have also fitted the spear to her raised hand, the way I am going to do it as it looks more natural. A lot of people dont do it this way. Love your colours
