Just to explain a few items, working down from the top:
It's worth noting that this part of the start of each piece's 3D build is only on one side of that piece [normally!].

By enlarging the thumbnails, I hope you will be able to see the areas started, and maybe those few 'pips' still to be removed.
A tip, should you be doing the same model as here..........start and complete each small area before progressing, hopefully some will not then be overlooked. I found it tempting to start removing any, in any given area, at will!
I'll finish here and hope to find some time to re-visit this task on Thursday.

- sanding sticks with sponge centres
- Proxxon sander [7,000 vibrations per minute, but adjustable down on the transformer unit]. Fitted with a 'squared' off oval head, with a triangular one awaiting use for awkward corners
- the superb lightweight aluminium, ball raced Foredom , chuck operated hand drill. A flexi-drive cable push fits into the right hand end and is powered from a powerful motor unit. The speed control is a floor based 'accelerator' style unit.
- below on the right hand side is a panel line scriber [with various graduated blades in a case elsewhere]. I will be using this soon, to make the hair 'creases' continue where the support 'scars' have been removed and left small craters.
- then a miniature, fine bladed hand saw
- a small sized scalpel
- a true Vallorbe Swiss extra fine toothed file
- an X-Acto chisel bladed knife
- a jewellers' fine chipped diamond surfaced file
- to the left of the above an engineers' de-burring tool
- a pouch of various styled de-burring tools
