Hi Gordon, another great release, quite a line up you are putting together, the popularity of this scale and the subject matter pretty much guarantee success with this one-looking forward to seeing the line up at Figureworld.

Another nice release Gordon. This time in a very commercial scale although I think I'd need a bionic eye to paint in this scale. Have you ever thought about the "The King, Mr President" painting depicting the only two unwounded officers of the 2/28th drinking the loyal toast after Albuera? That could be a great group in this scale.

Looks like a good release. Personally I prefer 75mm to 120mm so will be looking forward to other Napoleonics in this scale.

I agree with regard to the painting aspect, 75mm are right on the edge of my painting ability and am going to have to invest in some very thick specs. I remember the painting you refer to and seem to recall a 54mm boxed diorama depicting the scene from many years ago.
I've attached some pics of a painted figure which shows the alternate arm Adrien. Pete has pointed out to me that the figure in the initial post is leaning too forward which was my error whilst assembling it. I personally prefer the pistol held aloft. I have painted this figure as the 3rd Foot- the Buffs. I've lots of buff paint left over from the 120mm sets but other regiments can easily be represented.
Cheers
Gordon

An excellent figure Gordon. When will it be placed on MMM's website? I just checked it and it's not there (or I did not find it:)).

Hello Akritas
I have not placed the figure on the website yet as I initially only get a limited number cast and usually give PF members and existing customers an opportunity to purchase the figures first.
If you would like one drop me a line on [email protected]
Best regards
Gordon

Great as usual, and 75 mm is easier on the pocketbook, though harder on the eyesight, as some have mentiioned.
I was particularly glad to see that as a Peninsular figure, he is using one of the old-style cell phones ("mobiles") rather than the much smaller ones in use at Waterloo.
