Excellent article on Figurementors site. Very informative both in historical context and the creation of this super vignette. The amount of work on construction and painting I can only imagine. Excellent sculpting and beautiful brushwork,the work on the groundwork alone is super.

Hi Jason, I just discovered your Figurementors site yesterday and enjoyed reading some of the articles last night all very interesting and informative,the site is very nicely put together.As I'm returning to figure painting after a break its super to have this kind of resources available.
Kit reviews and interviews with artists such as Marion Ball and others are a luxery for me as there's not a large figure community available here where I live and to my knowledge no hobby shops that supply figures. The Internet is an indispensable tool for me for painting and information . Thank you for all you hard work and your inspiration .....John.
