You will find as in my case your painting will come on leaps and bounds by being a member of this site. Being able to ask questions, and watch WIP threads helps no end Even with a WIP if you ask how a particular effect was obtained 99/100 the artist will explain it in detail until you understand. So dont be afraid to ask.

I'll second Mick there are many truely great painters on here, and I've learned loads from them. Not one of them has eever been anything but helpful when I've asked how they did a certain look/effect
