I don't see any reason to argue with what is presented on that site. I think it's entirely up to you. With tht said, there is no hard and fast way to paint using any medium, only sugestions from people with experience sharing their ideas. Your best bet will be to experiment, test mediums, and PRACTICE, PRACTICE, PRACTICE!

I totally agree with Jay! Trust me, there are no shortcuts to painting. If there were a shortcut I would have found it. You have to find your own style and as Jay said....PRACTICE, PRACTICE, PRACTICE and do not be afraid to make a mistake. Your next figure will always be better than the last! Just my 2 cents.
