Gennady: Thanks for the info and compliments. Because Kostas Kariotelis did once a Celt with an axe I thought they were used in those days. Apparently I was wrong. I have to admit I´m not an expert in history.

Thanks for the nice words Brian!

I finished the sculpture of the Celt by adding some last small details. Then I cleaned and primed it and started with the paintwork. After almost half a year without painting it took me while to get the feeling again. As usual I started with the face. The work here is almost done. From the upperbody the highlights and shadwos are there but several places still need some more blending. The trousers is only painted with the base color. I wanted to finish this figure before Euro but in the end I didn't make it. Here are the pictures of the status just before I left to folkestone.
Please let me know what you think of it.
