WIP CGS Bust, Coldstream Guards 1815

[Viking Bob]

Up a scale now and this is a beaut. Lovely casting and a great sculpted face.
I have added some detail to the bottom of the cartridge box, two straps with buckles and a pricker and brush. A most important bit of kit to keep the musket from fouling with black powder. These pics are a bit bright, so hope to tone them down for the next lot.

the detail is in P Turners book Soldiers accoutrements of the British Army, which Richie kindly supplied.
This is coming along but is being painted in stages.

Update, Slow going at the mo, not enough bench time. Two heads to paint and not happy with the covered shako.
The jacket has been base coated and a lot of work still to do.
