Have wound up the first bust of the 6. Only thing left to do is mount with the brass pin, timber base and then post to the happy customer. The next 5 will test my mental state

At first I thought one of last night's pints must have been off...then checked my glasses (for a serious case of thrice double vision), before I realised: all good! There ARE 6 of them.
How did you manage six virtually identical paintjobs? Very impressed, me.

Hi Dr Bison, it could've still been one of those pints . Thank you, I think it was a case of repetition in varying degrees. Everything was painted one after the other. The undercoats and bases were all done at the same time. The faces, which have the most detail went through the same process. I think if I was doing more it would've definitely taken it's toll, but it was surprisingly do-able.

Hi Kevin,

Yes, still two to go, Arthur and Stupid Boy, so will start those this week. I just received the timber bases for all so will be mounting those 6 and preparing to post the majority.
