friends,
attached some pictures of my latest project. It’s an imperial guard Chasseur trumpeter blowing his trumpet riding a trotting horse.
As usual it’s a Metal Modeles conversion with an horse took from Eisembach range and also with a lot of A&B putty.
The horse is fixed on the base for a single point but the leg has a steel rod inside to guarantee the resistance

Friends, many thanks for the compliments… I’ll became shame… I’ll have an hard task to paint it in a good quality…

I think is interesting see the works I did for the complete bridles and reins.
I tried to reproduce it on each function part per part, from the harness to the final bridle. I used re-enactment pictures and old Historex catalogue as référence plus some observation on the field on real horse to understand how the bridle works.
I think the pictures explain better than many wrong English words
