Hi everyone, My Franco-Prussian War cavalry vignette is finished. It was a 4 month project and I enjoyed every bit.

Since this vignette started out here on the sculpting forum, I wasn't sure where to post it. Please forgive me :)

You can view some in-progress pic's at my Webshots page:

Sorry, the pic's are a little rough.

See! yet more proof that things don't always have to stay putty coloured!!

Excellent, makes me want to actually knuckle down & finish at least one of my growing collection of sculpting projects

Jason, That's terrific! Great animation and I like the way the horse hangs off the base, it really depicts movement and drama.

Jason,

I think everyone has said it! :) Nice job. (y) What is next for you? You seem to tackle the big projects, I am just wondering what you are going to tackle next? <_<

Hi Jason,

it's just perfect, that's all I can say about it. Should you have said it was a commercial kit I would have believed it too. very well painted too, what medium did you use?

Keep up the excellent work,

Gino

THANKS GUY'S!!! Whats next?...I'm working on a Prussian ulhan 54mm original. Yeah, yeah, I know what some of you are thinking, another F&P war figure. Well, I just can't get away from that time period. I'll post some pic's soon.

Besides that, I have TONS of projects floatin' about up there. Our good friend Gary D. has been very kind and has shared w/ me some very cool reference material to keep me busy for a looong time. ;)
