A small conversion of a SKP figure, a modified Hornet head, arms, boots etc from the bits stash.
All painted in acrylics, with AK products for the weathering.

Thanks for looking.

lb6.JPG a bit of fun.

That is really, REALLY cool. The painting is perfect. I like the painting of the 'dirty effect' of his coveralls. Also, the small details of the writing on the I-beam - excellent. And finally, the picture on top of the base showing the street very far down below. ...very imaginative, awesome!

I have come to love your work in the past - and keep on loving what you do. Really looking forward to your next creation.

Hi Paul

What's not to like ...it's a great piece of modelling , well painted and telling a story

Like the way you've presented this with the clear post and the view of the city

The additional details like the bootlace and the markings on the girder where holes were drilled make this

Why not enter something into FOTM as well as voting in the previous month

We are also running a Vignette & Diorama Comp till end of September

Thanks for sharing

Happy benchtime

Raze, you've gone and done it again - told a story with a single figure. great presentation as well.
I can't be alone in wondering where this hobby would be without Hornet heads...

As you say as well, it's nice to do something different every so often. It keeps you fresh and interested.

Lovely stuff Paul... wonderful creativity on show here with superb laid back colouring.
(couldn't resist adding this iconic photo from 1931 - obviously the source of inspiration).
