yess Rene, the flesh tones look much better now, good job with the leather jacket too, thats a great peace of art my friend, long way sculpting but rewarding experience as well ;)!

the first undercoat were three dark washes with transparent acrylics. Black- grey.

just a check for what my bust was hiding.

it was enough to have a good grip for the paint to come.

As you suggested I accentuated more dark areas.

Letting it dry for a while, you know.

I can't paint and sculpt at the same time, is like driving car and playing guitar the same time. Can be done but there will be trouble.

but I found out oils are my medium.

Glad to here that the oils are oke for you.
To speeding up the drying ( and really flat ) I put my figures in a drybox under a 60W lightbulb.
But in this case the leather must have a little shine.
