The first shot is a 1/35 scale OIF Marine firing an AT-4, this is the first figure in what will be a two figure team (set). The second photo is the third set of 1/72 scale u-boaters.

Now on to more.......

Thanks Oliver,

The latest word from Warriors is that this will be a three figure vignette, Bill will sculpt the figures and Mrosko will make a scenic vignette base to go with them.

Bill is also sculpting a third figure with an M16A2, squatting and providing cover for the weapons team. A similar vignette featuring a Marine firing a Dragon is also in the works.

Bill-
You guys are on a roll. Don't let up. I have some mpeg clips of fighting in Sadr City and Najaf if you guys want to see. Just hollar.

Oliver - Were you run part of the ACCT Team at Camp Duke last year?

A Dragon? How about a Javelin ATGM? I don't think Dragons are used anymore.

Ong-
Yes, units are still carrying around Dragons. True, the Javelins have replaced them as a basic load, but there are HUNDREDs of those things still pre-postioned in bunkers overseas, and when we asked for them, we got them. Javelins are preferred against armored and moving targets, but TRUST ME. Dragons still bring down buildings (and bunkers) just fine..........we'll probably still be using what's on the ground untill the current supplies are exhausted.

FYI - we did some ammo horse-trading while we were in Najaf with the El Salvadorian Airborne Battalion last year (those "Little Dudes" have our utmost respect - those boys rock). In the neverending search & scrounge missions for more firepower and options, our trucks were outfitted with AT-4s and.....yes......LAWs.

Bottom Line - guys on the ground taking rounds will use whatever they can get thier greasy little paws on.

Wolfpack,

Thanks for the FYI. Nonetheless, we have Dragon ATGM gunners from DML, Verlinden 120mm, and Tamiya, but no Javelin gunners.

Until someone makes a Javelin gunner, there will be none and no one will make one.

My point is: here is an opportunity to make an U.S. ATGM gunner, so why not go for broke and make a Javelin gunner?
