Contact with F.M. Beneito

Hi all

Well I guess the topic title and description pretty much sums my question up....

Has anyone here ever emailed F.M. Beneito? How long did you wait before getting a response? How long would you term as an acceptable waiting period before receiving a reply (or start getting annoyed by the lack of response)?

I emailed them on the 18th of November enquiring about their "3 for the price of 2" special and whether they would be prepared to ship to South Africa... but I've had no response.... not a sausage....

Anyone had similar experiences from them? Any suggestions?

Well Rudi, You need to wake them up sometimes.
I had the same problem, but after another émail there service is very good.
Even if there is a problem with one of the kits they replace without any problem.
I got tree kits for the price of two and they had to sent it to Belgium, so
I don't think that they would refuse sending it to Your home adress,

I really like their figures, and desperately want to support them.

Me again..... yup, mailed them again using the info@b... addie, and still no reply....

Pity really, I really wanted to take advantage of that special....

Anyone else got any other email addresses for them?

I sent Mr Beneito the email... hopefully I'll get a reply... else I guess I'll just have to buy from Historex.... and lose out on the free figure... bummer
