Completed Corporal 1/88th Regiment of Foot Badajoz 1812

Morning everyone.

The red part of the sleeve is now done, all weathered with Vallejo acrylics to fade it down a bit.

Also done the two patches on the sleeve.

The bottom one was supposed to be a stray fragment of Black Watch tartan but not sure its really come out as such!

Still, all coming together now...all comments welcome and good luck with your own projects.

Morning everyone! A bit more progress before we go to Crete for a week. Finished the haversack and have faded out the storekeeper's stamp on it with some glazes of Vallejo acrylic buff as it looked too dark to me now that more has been completed. Next challenge is to finish the shirt. I'm going to use an off white using blue as opposed to an off white on the trousers using brown. Hope this will show a contrast between the two...that's the theory anyway! Regards Pete
