The aged look is one of the most interesting aspects of this bust from my opinion. I think the busts must have some singularity -ethnic, expression...- to result of some interest.
In addition, the wrinkles make the painting easier ;).

I am glad that you like it.
Unfortunately is not a commision I have made it just because I wanted, so is not going to be commercial.
I want to do some more busts based on these portraits. Years ago Fort Duquesne released a bust of the Division´s commander (von Pannwitz) that was the first that I did.

I finally got my hands on a copy of the Pannwitz bust and it was worth the wait.
