Hi frank thanks for putting these on for me,
Scale is 54mm made with miliput/duro 50/50 mix
any comments/advice welcome,requires a little rubbing down.
Bob..

Bob, Looking good, keep it up. To give more of a scale effect try using some fine wire for the snowshoes. I have a few different sizes of brass wire I picked up at a craft store. Look in the jewelry making section, you shoud be able to pick up some 24, 32 gauge wire.

Hi gary, Frank and Robh will be laughing as they read your post as I was given a selection of fine brass wire a couple of weeks ago which i shared with them at the club, but never thought to try making the snowshoes in brass, will start again thanks for the tip as I thought they looked a bit lumpy myself.
Bob

Its the basic grey/green miliput with duro mixed equaly smoothed with a damp brush and when dry with very fine wet and dry paper that has been well used
this has had a coat of auto primer.
