A Fixture
Fellow Modelers and Miniature Painters, I am about to embark into unchartered waters and could use some suggestions and direction. I have a French Foreign Legion figure of a paratrooper, 120mm scale, that I want to stage in the jungle of Southeast Asia around the time of Dien Bien Phu. I missed an informative how to at the last Atlanta Show by John Long on groundwork... so here I am begging for any and all assistance. What products are best for duplicating the undergrowth found in a jungle setting? Who sells them? Is there something in my backyard or flower bed that will work? What products work and what doesn't? I'm more familiar with the settings found in North America. And would appreciate any and all suggestions, ideas, and in put. I want the paratrooper to blend in and look like he is in his element.
