General Marceau 1796

This is my latest Historex conversion of General Marceau, General of Division 1796. Utilizing Historex parts, Magic Sculpt and Duro putty and a horse head from Michael Roberts miniatures. All painted with acrylics and printers ink for the metallics. A very satisfying project.

I can remember way back in the day looking through the Historex catalogs and wondering if could get close to the work of a Ray Lamb, Max Longhurst, Graham Bickerton and Pierre Conrad. Still have a lot of work to do.
