Crusader diorama

Hi Folks

Here are a few pictures of some stuff that I am working on at the moment. The first is the Pegaso 75mm Teutonic Knight which is near completion, only the shield arms and banner to finish off and a few extra details on the main torso to tidy up. Been nearly twelve months on this one, just do a bit now and again in between other things.

The second thing is I am working on is a Crusader diorama comprising of two Pegaso foot figures and a mounted figure. The foot figure on the right is a conversion as is the mounted figure which has had a few features changed.

None of the figures are complete yet and there is still a long way to go but I am going to stick with it and aim for completion by the end of the summer, looking forward to getting it finished.

All the painting is done in Humbrol undercoat with oil top coats. The main part of the ground work is finished only need to add a bit of vegetation and some grass. I will post a few more pictures up when I get it finished. This is my first diorama in 14 years.

I am now tackling the horse, quite a challenge getting into thoes tight areas underneath. Hope to get the ground work finished this week then the figures can be fixed and the small parts be added as I get them finished.
