The commissar is only fixed with blue tac at the moment.

Welcome to the Planet, Gunner! I suspect these are fantasy figures, right? Are they original? What scale? Looks like 70mm to 90mm.

I took the liberty of cropping and running your posted photos through Photoshop. I'd guess that either the resolution on your camera is low or you didn't use a tripod to hold it steady.

Dan, they are 30mm minis, made by ForgeWorld in England.

These figures are Forgeworlds Death Korps of Kreig range,
They are loosely based on the Germans and the French from WW1,
They are 28mm.
