Hi Eddy,

Of all Carl Reid's recent masterpieces I have always felt this one to be markedly simplistic, and cool that way.

This is a very significant 24 hours, in which not one, but two popular busts get posted on Planet boasting the best (my humble opinion) renditions so far. What you do to the face is superb. Carl Reid delivers quality sculpting. And you do it justice.

But the fabric... That is positively mind-blowing. How it matches the sensibilities of a plain water-colour painting! As far as box arts of recent years are concerned, this is what delivers.
