Hi friends,

I'm having a bit of a trouble to mix a buff color for my ECW Cavalier coat. I've tried several mixes with buff, whites and ochres but the results are either too whitish or yellowish.
Can anybody share his recipe for this color? Thanks.

Cheers.

Hi guys,

finally had some time to try the various recipes. And winner is.... none of the above and all the above (except Helm's recipe 'cause I didn't Citadel paint refered).
So my recipe was: Ivory + Yellow Ochre (not the Andrea because is to yellowish)+ a tiny amount of Red+english uniform.
Lights were by increasing the amounts of Yellow Ochre, then switched to Ice Yellow and finally Ivory in the base.
The shadows adding to the base first more english uniform, then Andrea's Dark Brown (NAC48) and finally German Cam Black Brown.

I think I've got it.
Tomorrow I'll post some pics and ask for your opinion.

Thanks all.

Cheers.

P.S to MarquisMini: Portugues, Brasileiro ou sabes falar portugues?
