Tartan army is almost ready for its annual march south with great pillaging in mind.
Clans will assemble shortly at Dave Mitchell"s Castle for final review and battle orders assigned thus.

Dave Mitchell will command the Avant Garde with his storm troopers, closely supported By Brian Snaddons Brigade aptly led by the indomitable Don Mathison.
That great stalwart Del alias "father Jack" will hold centre right , who in turn will be supported far right (not to far he hopes) by none other than Capitano Bertorelli with his swift troops.

Bertorelli has been given specific orders not to maka a mistaka and to move only in the direzeoni
Sempre dritto, and is furiously learning a new word to his vocabulary ! AVANTI

Special orders to all units, Nae kilts as Bertorelli may maka a mistaka and think they are a beautiful Laydees :eek:

Oh geeee, so much for esoteric phrases. . . . Can someone
translate this seemingly confusing messages so that we
simpletons. . . out here in the American Heartland can get
a clue as to what all this verbage is about??????

Rons post simply relates to 4 scots heading down from Glasgow to Folkestone for Euro Militaire. Sadly due to his inhaling excessive amounts of solvents, a consequence of his growing model bases business he has assumed the persona of Capitano Alberto Bertorelli a fictional character in the BBC sitcom Allo Allo.......we are all very embarrased :LOL:
Carls term jabs relates not to the punch where the lead fist is thrown straight ahead and the arm is fully extended but rather the vaccines injected to protect our good health from the range of exotic diseases that are endemic to England ;) Visas relate to Carls desire to close the border to prevent English women from being exposed to the charm, wit and virility of the scottish male (y)
Dennis is of course refering to Hadrians Wall, built on the Emperors orders in AD 122. It runs for 80 miles from Wallsend to the shores of the Solway Firth, and is the only manmade structure on the UK mainland that can be seen from the Moon. It is of course made almost entirely from shortbread .

It really was a piss take of everyone Janne. They missed no one :) and I think they had a little dig at a much earlier series based in the Channel Islands
which was supposed to be real .
Its all got to be so much better than reality shows like Big fat pikey weddings , big brother and the only way is Essex, and so and so.:eek:

Ron it was based on Secret Army, a series about a resistance group in Belgium who smuggled allied airmen back to the UK.
Have to completely agree with Ron in that it took the rip out of everybody.....in fact the only 2 'normal' characters in it were german, the wonderfully anarchic Captain Hans Geering and the über sexy Private Helga Geerhardt.
