You can now see all the competition results on Military Modelling site for Euro.
I didn't really know for sure what i got ,as i left a bit early on the Sunday and i do most of my shopping on Sunday morning ,when everybody rushes downstairs to see what they got,and it's nice and quiet in the traders hall.Something i do every year.
My medal tally was 1 Gold 1Bronze,3 HC and 2 Cs.Only one of my figures didn't get anything, which is a wee favourite of mine ,Albert Einstein which i gave to my son many moons ago.
Not too shabby for an old chap!

Well done Brian, when you see some modellers, who could be regarded as household names in the modelling fraternity, coming away with nothing or very low level awards then it is an outstanding achievement. It also makes me glad to see an Oil painter do so well, proving that in the right hands the medium still has a place in the hobby.

Take care mate..............Keith

Hi Del, I've got some of his figures.....and some of the half painted ones.....LOL

I did read that Military Modelling are doing a Euro Special..........I don't think they gave enough medals out to fill a complete edition:rolleyes:............ridiculous the number of classes.

Well done, Brian, that's a fine tally. I really enjoyed perusing all the fine, excellent work on display, and overhearing "Uh, makes you want to chuck yer paints out and break the brushes". No, lad, go home and do better. I'm always inspired seeing such marvellous renditions, and trying to fathom out the methods employed. Can't understand negative attitudes.
Cheers, Alan

Brian,
On the Sunday morning of Euro there was a post on my Facebook from Adrian Bay: Congrats to Supersnad on his Gold! I thought it was you. Congrats on your awards! I have been admiring your work online and love your style. Oils or acyrlics.....who cares? Good is good! I hope someday I can see them in person.

Bob
