I understand your point of view
But you have have 73 representatives in the EU Parliament, elected by direct vote by only 35,6 of UK voters ( 2014 ) . First direct vote was in 1979 for everybody .
That is not the point, We are now strapped into a EU that none of us voted for, that was fiddled together by the p..............( mustn't get political)and certainly in our country, most of us don't like it. If it's all the same to you. and no disrespect, but we'll live by our own law's, made in our own Parliament by our own politicians that we can get rid of if we don't like what they're doing.:)
Adrian, don't give them ideas, they're bad enough as it is.
Eating figures shouldn't be dangerous unless you put salt on them.
There, I've had my little rant for the day.
Best wishes, Gary.

There, I've had my little rant for the day. Well said Garry, that's it, British laws passed by a British Parliament of British elected MPs for the British People. I see that the Boss of JCB a very successful company is saying, do not be afraid of leaving the EU, Britain is well able to stand on her own feet and trade with everyone. It seems to be Bankers in the City that are putting out scare rumours to keep us in, and look what they are still getting up to. £1 million fines this week for fiddling interest rates, and there seems to be more to come.
Best wishes, Gary.

I can each of you - especially manufacturers - only advise to write to your local MP's, as we do in Germany - seems to be the only way to prevent this nonsense yet.

Cheers

I always knew that my grey army would make some sense one day:D. I don`t think that the politicians are not aware that our models never put harm to kids and that some of them might have been involved by themselves in this hobby for a while. So no need to explain what we know - in politics (EU and else) the reality does not matter.
My two cents.
Cheers, Martin

How long before the people of the countries that have had the political construct of the EU inflicted on them respond by having that Bastille moment?

there's one in Bruselles, another in Strasbourg and, I believe, a third in Luxembourg (but i don't think they use that one):woot:

The faceless Eurocrats who keep coming up with this kind of stuff need to keep creating more & more regulations and red tape in order to justify their jobs and salaries.

Hopefully we'll get our referendum and get out but I ain't holding my breath
Steve

And if we do get it and vote No, it wouldn't surprise me if they make us vote again until we deliver the "right" result. It's happened before overseas (Ireland and Denmark spring to mind).
