Following a recent FUBAR of my own making I contacted Graham at CGS Military Figures for a replacement head for his excellent RM Bugler.
I emailed Graham and recieved a very prompt reply even down to the time he posted the replacement part and he asked me to contact him again if the part had not arrived by a certain time.
The part arrived the following day in very good order.
This was brilliant service from Graham & CGS Military Figures & a big thank you from me.
A recent thread regarding Knights Models and the problems experienced by one modeller with missing parts and none communication by KM highlights the frustration we feel with poor service.
So credit where credit is due to Graham at CGS who clearly prides himself on excellent customer service.
