Hi,

Sometimes I like a lot a thread that I copy/paste it to word doc or save the page.
But isn't there any tool to export the whole thread into a pdf, doc or HTML file?

Thanks.
Cheers.

Hi Paulo...I only know of a program called HTTrack (it's free)...I think it's for downloading threads or perhaps larger portions of websites, it's prone to a few problems especially on sites where a password is needed like here on the planet, so I'm not sure how successful it would be, it may be worth a try.

Adobe Acrobat can convert a web page, almost in it's entirety directly to a .pdf...
Below is an example of this thread to show how it looks when converted. The great thing is that all the links become live right from within the document.

Hi Roy,

Thanks for the tips.
Does Acrobat grab all the pages in a multi-page thread on one operation or must it be done on a page by page basis?

One question taht has nothing to do with this matter.
Although a bit early soon for this is there any weather forecast for September?
'cause I'll be in London in the Folkestone's week.

Cheers,
Paulo

Paulo, Acrobat will grab only the separate pages of a thread, but they can all be combined into a single .pdf fairly easily. If there are a few threads that you would like in .pdf just shoot me the links and I'll convert them for you.

The weather for September in Folkestone I'm not sure about at this time, but it's usually pretty good, I can only remember a couple that were less than hot down in the hall. Looking forward to meeting you at Euro.

All the best...Roy.

If you have Adobe Acrobat (the full-featured application not Adobe Reader), it has a feature that allows you to save a page (or site) in PDF format.

You can also simply copy/paste an entire page into Microsoft Word.
