What i can see from these little pictures is that you have done a good job. I don't know nothing about this camo but i make some comments.
I find the green trouser a bit shiny, maybe it is because you used white for the highlight. It is better to use yellow to highlight green.
Then i see that the figure looks cross-eyed. So if you can, you should correct it.
If you have done that, outline the eyes. The uppereyelid with a darkbrown and the under eyelid with a lighter brown.
This will reduce "the popeye look".

Thanks for the feedback.
You are correct about the shininess and I will be toning this down with some matt varnish. For some reason, I get a shiny finish although I'm working with Vallejos. Wonder if its because I did not shake the bottle enough. Any thoughts?
The trousers were not highlighted with any colours as its just building up thin layers of paint over a matt black surface. I also mixed too green a shade for the trousers.
Thanks for the suggestion on the eyes. I'll do that. I guess one thing I'll change about this figure if I were redoing it would be to change the head. As its an experiment I used the stock Dragon head but I found the features very indistinct and difficult to paint.

looking good so far, and cant add to Marc's observations.
Some of the Vallejo (well, one or two cases of green) have been known to leave a shiny finish. So you're not alone in this result; I've had it too, and others have had the occasional same result.
Well done on trying a "new to you" method.
