Wanting to Buy Feathers

Hi

Does anyone know of a good source for small feathers? They need to look like eagle or bird of prey wing weathers.

I need about 40 about 30mm long and 7 or 8 mm wide , either white , black, white and black to brown stripes.

I bought some in France Years ago sold for fly tying but can't find anything in the UK to these dimensions.
