Finished this one a few months back but only just taken photos.

Lovely little figure, now OOP. A one-piece casting apart from his hat and the cutlass blade, the latter of which I managed to lose so I scratched a replacement from a bit of plastic sheet.

Thanks Kev. I followed the box art pretty much for the simple reason that I really liked it, but the great thing about this kind of figure is that there's not really any "right" or "wrong" so you've got a lot of latitude.

Thanks Andrew. That was the effect I was after. I draw a lot of my inspiration from guys like Brian Snaddon and Sergey Popovichenko - veritable masters of the muted palette. Far better painters than me, but an endless source of inspiration and striving to improve.
