I share a similar taste to Johan! :)

This new Pegaso's Hideyoshi Toyotomi is unbelievable! What a beautiful way to end this vintage year of 2012! :)

For me it has to be the 120mm Officer Rifle Brigade Crimea by Moz

Lots of impressive figures here.
Still, for me it has to be the 1/20th scale Torvosaurus, sculpted by my good friend Shane Foulkes.

Should you see the sculpt in actuality, the excellent body language (slight forward lean, cocking and lifting of the head) communicates a sense of impending threat despite the restrained movement. Top class, that.
Spike.

Easy...... Stormtroopers - Sgt Bernard McCabe, Sobraon 1846 sculpted by Maurice Corry

I am with Del on the quality, am doing it right now, my favourite though is Captain Drummond Stewart 93rd Highlanders Lucknow. Wonderful figures both of them, both by Moz.
Maurices bust of the Argyll in Northern Ireland.
I would also include the new Waterloo figures by Imperial Gallery, figures I just love, also some there by Moz.
So many lovely figures this year, not forgetting Carl Reids amazing output, its impossable for me to name any one figure, I just bought the figures that please me.
