figure questions

hello guys i have a few questions about a figure> does anyone know who makes this kit? and if anyone could help me with the colors on the uniform and the emblem (s) on the kepi? what does the (s) stand for what unit or anything i know nothing about this era.IS blue artillery? anyhelp would be great .

Rick, I suspect the S is a 5 and could for example be the 5th Georgia Regt, as for the blue that denotes Infantry and the colour of his jacket is butternut but could be painted grey.Hope that helps.

For the Southerners, the color was blue badge, which the infantry.
Beginning in 1864, was for reasons of cost, which replaced the gray uniform for the Butternut, because it was cheaper to produce brown.
