1. Amiral Bailly de SUFFREN (18th c. French Admiral)
2. French Revolutionary Drummer Boy a la JOB
3. US Doughboy in action

Hard to keep it at three choices . Derek what about Border Miniatures mounted Border Reiver, I painted it many moons ago and although the horse was a bit big it was still very nice.

OH Boy, this is going to have such a wide span on interests....

Ok, because I am a perverse kind of individual....

- Id like a bust of one of the Turkish soldiers who held the heights of Gallipoli - be nice to honour "Johnny Turk" too
- A bust of a volunteer Fireman, suitable for Australia - the only ones Ive seen are the New York ones.
- A WW1 Infantry figure from the pacific theater - Russian, Japanese, either would be interesting

Those are the three I would have an interest in...

If someone would produce this guy, either 90mm or 120mm, i would buy 2 or 3 myself!!! 82nd airborne at the battle of the bulge, still wearing jumpsuit and not proper winter gear, carrying a bazooka and his hunting knife....so full of character!!! MARCHING INTO A SITUATION THAT OTHER SOLDIERS HAD FLED FROM.....PERFECT!

That photo is a corker, isn't it! The guys name is Staff Sergeant James M. Martin, F company, 325th Glider Infantry Regiment, 82nd Airborne Division, and the photo shows him returning from outpost duty near Ordimont, Belgium, during the battle of the bulge. Notice the captured German belt.

I have plans to sculpt some airborne guys, but from the 101st.

Absolutely right David. I'd completely forgotten about this one, I've even got the 'Foot Loon' stripped as an accompanying piece.
