I'd like to show you my latest release for Figurinitaly brand, it's the Drum Major of the 1st grenadier of the imperial guard, a personality well known for his beautiful aspect. he's Jean Nicolas SENOT
Jean Nicolas Senot entered as a simple grenadier, in the Directoire Guard, later becoming the 1st regiment of foot grenadiers of the Imperial Guard. became Drum Major in January 1800.
He fought the campaigns of 1805 in Germany, 1806 and 1807 in Prussia and Poland, 1808 in Spain,
and 1809 in Austria.
He took part in all the battles of this period: Ulm, Austerlitz, Jena, Eylau, Friedland, Wagram...
In 1810, he was present at the wedding ceremonies of Marie-Louise and Napoleon, who called him
"my beautiful and brave Sénot ".
He was a tall man with his 1.89 meter, chestnut dark hair.
