Having seen so much of your delightful previous work, Im sorry to say that I dont think this piece is not as good as the Zombie or the Creeper. It looks a bit blurry? It looks like you wanted the Creature to look moist and wet and this effect is causing it?

Im not saying its bad by no means, but not as good as the previous work you have spoiled us with?

So sorry to disappoint you Janne. It may be that the glossiness is throwing off the camera work, or maybe you just like all that gore. It was a different subject matter for me and a lot of fun to paint. Thanks for the comment, I think.

Be assured my comment was meant in an encouraging way. Also is it a matter of opinion. Im usually a little worried that comments like these will be taken the wrong way, especially when so many else comment differently. But I think I would do such great painters as yourself an disfavour not to speak my mind.

However, it could just be me, and I would love to change my mind. As well as it more common that the camera does injustice to minatures rather than the opposite.

I will be looking forward to see more work from you in the future.
