In my innocence, I thought an outing meant to go out somewhere for the day. You know a day trip to Bangor or a visit to a famous castle or some such thing ! What a silly billy I am .

This is really pissing me off.....it would be OK if your input was witty. Go back to the first post and see if you can find any reference to an outing of any kind.
I referred to The Open , the golf tournament. I don't know where you came up with outing. Either way I use this site for relaxation and information, not to be periodically puzzled and insulted by a member who cant either be bothered to check or indeed follow the flow of discussion. Similarly I'm heartily sick of your regular PM's apologising for your comments directed at me.
Consequently I have listed to ignore you and in that way I will not see any of your posts from this point on.
