Hi all here is the new Vignette from TFB Miniatures in 75mm Forward Boys (Height''s of Abraham 1759) item was sculpted by Master. It depicts Wolfe climbing up the cliffs that lead to the plains of Abraham where the famous battle too place and where General Wolfe lost his life.

We have the photos of the casting on the site ,I tried to up load on here but it said files too big. But you will get the flavour of the kit. Will try and get the casting photos up soon.

The 4 foot figures will be sold separately in The future, but for now we are concerned with the whole scene.

As a release offer we are selling the first 20 at £100 plus P&P . The vignette is ready to ship and can be ordered through our website on www.tfbminiature.co.uk

It’s a case of first come first served.

Hi Mike thank you for the kind words, yes we like it very much too. It does tell a story and captures a moment in time. We know so meany great models out their at the moment. But it could always go to the top of your to do list

Nap yes the two figures you mentioned are stand out figures. The good news is that they will be available as stand alone figures. They will be as follows.

General Wolfe

The Standard-bearer

Drummer and infantry man will be a pair as they tell a story

Anyone interested in buying the individual figures please pm me on here the price will be £35 and the double will be £60 uk post free at the moment plus P&P for Europe and the rest of the world.

At the moment if you want individual pieces PM me and I will invoice you. They will be put on the web site at a later date as at the moment it’s just the big vignette that’s up thier.

Hope that helps

The vignette should be a combination of these images...:

The ensuing battle for Quebec was one of the very few in history, during which BOTH opposing commanders, British General James Wolfe...

... as well as the French commander Louis-Joseph de Montcalm-Gozon, Marquis de Saint-Véran...

... lost their lives in combat.

Cheers

Hi Martin yes your right it was a combination of most of the art work you posted. We think it works quite well.

Jaybo sorry it’s not 54mm but it’s still quite compact and it’s easier to see for people who need it just that bit bigger. But thank you for your interest.

Thanks Wayne, yes I suppose it could be expanded both with figures and groundwork. But we think we will leave it to the modeller to do as they wish. We will be selling them as individuals in due course as some people might just like to do parts of the set piece. So plenty of opportunities to make something different if the modeller so wishes.
