We are now facing a national tragedy in Greece with the most severe forest fires in 150 years. And it's only getting worse.

My thoughts go to our Greek friends. May they have the courage and the strength to overcome this ordeal.

A great feeling with our Greek friends, for me Kisifer as first. I hope this tragedy will end as soon as possbile. In Italy we had a problem like this, but luckly with only a few persons died. But thousands of trees and kilometers of territory burnt. I ask myself what terrible mind can project to destroy the nature and kill persons for own personal pleasure or for business interest? I wish they burn in the hell they make.

Guys thanks alot for your prayers and wishes.

The situation here is really bad, and is the 5th day of continuing fire disaster.

One of the the most agricultural productive area of Greece is almost totally destroyed, without the pocibility of recovering until many many years will pass through .

After 63 people dead , and more expected when the research will end , Greece is having one of the most bad moments of the history (leaving aside the wars ).

I really hope that the fires are brought under control soon. Here in California we see some pretty bad fires. We are experiencing one right now that is the biggest in the states history but is is burning in mostly open areas but it has taken homes. I truly hope that what we are hearing about these fires in Greece being set by developer's are not true. Take care and be safe.
