Found this on FB from US Modeller NICK MAJERUS ...he wanted to paint all the military Series 77 release

Thanks Nap, those are really good in the pic, I think they might be a later set of figures for across the pond as they seem all US and Mexican? also the base is square but mine is circular, I probably got mine in 70's.

I don't know if it will be ready for BC, but will try.

I use a type of dry-brushing with the side of the brush using neat acrylic paint going from dark to light, then before the lightest coat I pin-washed with very thinned, I use white spirit to thin, Raw Umber Artist's oils then left it to dry well before giving the final coat of acrylic.

Just finished him, quite pleased with the repaint but decided I don't like white-metal, too heavy, thank goodness for resin.



I shall be taking him to Bugle Call on Sunday.
