My latest painted piece,
French Dragoon Chef d'escadron 1810-1812. Made by Andrea Miniatures. I painted this nice bust with acrylics and used printers inks on the metals. The torso was resin and the helmet and plume white metal.

Thanks for the nice comments!
I use the Andrea green set for green but add reaper jade green as a further highlight washed in 25-30 times to build up that extra highlight.

Really good! Particularly like the metallic effect on the helmet. Just looks really in scale and not over the top which is often the case. Is it Andrea? Regards Pete

Very nicely done especially the yellow which is a colour I personally struggle with.

Thanks Gordon, Thanks Tommi I used Andrea yellow paint kit with adding lemon yellow as a further highlight. I find painted the 5 yellow colors in where you see they need to go and then blend each color with very thin washes. If you have the patience you get nice results.
