Hi! My first figure conversion. The victim was a figurine Ek Casting - I turned the banner bearer into a drummer. I was in a hurry to prepare for painting, which unfortunately can be seen. The drum was made of a piece of plastic, wire and browns stuff, the belts were made of aluminum foil.

Looks good mate, especially for a first conversion and scratch building the drum is really good. I know it is very tempting to get to the painting but taking your time is always a better approach, just not very easy to get into the habit, I know patience has never been my strong point!!
