Malkie, it's better having natural leaves than paper one's, they just need a clear coat of white glue or varnish to seal them and there is a unlimited supply.

I have been working on and off for a week now and I am at the stage of getting the sword painted and some other details. I have to deal with the shade and highs on the waist sash and correcting other parts of the uniform. All acrylic painting, except the boots , they are in oils.

It wasn't my fault but both on one day, I will have to complain to offcom, how dare they ruin a days painting .
Getting some more work on today but cos I have the arms on getting round the back is a bit awkward
