Completed From Hell, Jack the Ripper

This reminded me of a couple of other characters; first off is Mack the Knife from the 1928 stage musical The Threepenny Opera by Brecht/Weill, later filmed
in 1931. Yeah that is the famous song recorded by many over the years. The other is the Jack the Ripper character as portrayed in the 1928 film Pandora's Box starring Louise Brooks. The film is ostensibly set during the Victorian era but has the atmosphere of the Weimar Republic. Both films are great on atmosphere and temp me to buy & paint the figure in shades of black & white or even sepia. Who knows one day....
