But thank you for your advice, to me the hat is one of the items in an uniform that makes the whole appearence of it , so it is critical for me to make it good.

thanks for your words Ken, i have been trying the hat on a spare head i have and it looks ok,i still working on the shape thou, i will post more pics later on.
