Hi All
This is my latest figure that I have been working on the past few weeks, Pegaso 75mm Gaelic Warrior. I worked hard on this one and put everything I could into it, pretty pleased with the end result. Everything is painted in oils and Humbrol undercoats, the base work is scratch built and painted in oils, the stripes on the leggings and tattoos drove me crazy. Still having problems taking a decent photo so apologies for some of the bad photos.
Any comments welcome
Many Thanks
Tommi

Hi Tommi,
excelent work. Really. I like your shield. The ornaments are super. The tattoo is very detailed and nice. I like also the dust on the cloak and the pants with stripes.
Keep it up...

Superb painting,Tommi.
Love the shield, tatts and the rest, brilliant job.
This is one of the best jobs I've seen on this figure.I'm glad you resisted the helmet adornments and the carved stones are great, but the speck of dust is just going too far.
Seriously though,well done,mate.

Hi Tommi, how are you...I can see you've been really busy...what a fabulous result, the figure really does look great with some superb detail and sweet looking groundwork..a massive 'well done' mate..!!

All the best...

Roy.

WOW, thanks guys for so many reponses of your kind words. I still need to sort out the phography side of things as it looks better in the flesh than on the images. I shall also be lauching my new web site soon so another reason to get this sorted. The tattoos were good fun and a real strain on the eyeballs.

Ready to start the next figure after the weekend

Many Thanks
Tommi

Excellent paintwork and let's not forget the sculpting of the base. The best work I have seen so far from you. I like everybit of this figure but I want to mention the paintwork on his trousers, awesome Tommi!!

Outstanding. The extra effort you put in really shows and those tattoos are right off the chart! I'd like to offer some constructive criticism, but can't see anything I'd change or do differently.

Thanks again guys for all your kind words, just hope I can improve on this and end enjoy as much for my next figure that I will start soon

Many Thanks
Tommi

Nice work on the patterns and the stripes Tommi. I like how the cloak is done - large areas of smooth folds are harder to paint well than something with a lot of creases.

Good job on the groundwork too, but I have to point out the date discrepancy!
