I use a primitive to which I assign a measurement and scale all the subtools based on that measurement, then you export taking the measurements of that cube as a reference, the complicated thing is to perform the fabric dynamics in Marvelous since they tend to "get stuck" in avatars with little geometry (for example on the seat posts) which forces you to correct a lot in Zbrush. sorry, my English is very poor
