The stood up Nap is looking good, the braiding is I assume the same technique, maybe glaze the highlight on the bicorne a bit or is it just the photography/lighting making it look a little Stark?

Blimey a double whammy !

#1 Nap looking good now , it’s a nice pose as others have said , the blue works better

#2 Nap ....important to get basecoats clean and smooth so another good start

Look forward to seeing more

Thanks Bran, It's a different approach for me, as I normally don't assemble too much at the start,
but on this figure I felt it would be better.

Thanks Nigel, Its a very nice figure to work on, although the small detailing is certainly
challenging me.

More progress has been made on the figure, I've pushed the highlights on the sleeves a little more,
as well as painting the gloves.
I also thought it was time to work on the bust as well.
The eyes have been painted using the Scale 75 Eye set, while I've used oils for the hat.
Sepia was used for the initial coat with highlights of Ultramarine blue and white being
added to the sepia.
I'm going to let it dry before pushing the detail.

Wow, 'the eyes have it', love the colour and variation along with the darker outer iris and catchlights, very impressive.
