Hello again!
This is 120mm germanic warrior 6ad from Resination. I'm not convinced of the historical accuracy of the figure but I like it anyway. The log on the base is a hunk of stump I found in my backyard.

Think you're right about the accuracy, dress looks prehistoric rather than germanic to me anyway.
Lovely groundwork and good choice of base.
